The Leadership and Management Team (LMT) of the Court established pursuant to Section 17 of the Court of Appeal (Organization and Administration) Act (Cap 9A) which is established to spearhead the Court’s vision and service delivery agenda. The LMT is guided by the judiciary vision on Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ) that requires courts to innovate unique interventions suitable to their circumstances in order to improve their efficiency and service delivery. The LMT is thus the bearer of the vision of making the Court of Appeal ‘a court of excellence’.
The meetings of the LMT are held on termly basis. However, meetings can be convened on need basis if there is urgent business to be deliberated upon.
