Mandate

The Court of Appeal hears appeals from the Superior Courts that is the High Court, The Environment, Land Court and the Employment and Labour relations Court and tribunals as prescribed by an Act of Parliament.

The Court is tasked with developing sound indigenous jurisprudence. It provides independent, accessible, fair, and responsive forums for dispute resolution.
