Court of Appeal (Organization and Administration) Act (Cap 9A) Section 8,  Stipulates the mandate of the  presiding Judges of the Court or the division as follows

(a) overseeing the administration of the Court in that station; and

(b) supervising the business of the Court in that station and or Division.
